Another year is coming to a close. Time indeed flies. And fast! Next week, we will officially be saying goodbye to 2012 and saying Hello to 2013. And a few days after that, Cebu will once again be very busy preparing for Sinulog 2013.
I would like to take this chance to apologize to you guys for not being able to post regularly. 2012 has been quite difficult and challenging for me. I’d like to promise to post more regularly next year but I think that would be quite hard. In fact I might not be able to cover the Sinulog next year. It is sad but things happen. Hehe. Anyways, let’s just keep our fingers crossed.
