Tie A Yellow Ribbon

To welcome back Mayor Tomas Osmeña, his supporters and friends placed hundreds of yellow ribbons around trees, lamp posts, fences, and even street signs all over the city. According to his supporters, it is their way of welcoming the Mayor who recently flew in the from the United States of America for a short rest here in the Philippines. He will fly back to the United States soon for the removal of his bladder.

i always think mayor tommy is one good mayor for cebu city. dhong, unsa man nga bladder, gallbladder or urinary bladder? i hope its the former and not the latter. why man anhi pa gyud sa states niya ipakuha, we have good hospitals in cebu that are capable of doing simple and even complicated surgeries. they can even do open heart surgery there. whatever his reasons i hope he gets well, the city needs him.

Also my best wishes for the health and speedy recovery of Mayor Osmena. I have never met the man in person and unfortunately I do not live in Cebu City yet but from what I have read and heard about him he is certainly a man who loves Cebu. A Cebuano of the heart. Just like me. :-D hehehe
