The Terraces: The 8th Wonder
Months after SM City Cebu shocked Cebu when it opened the awesome-looking Northwing, Ayala Center Cebu, last October 30th, opened to the Cebuano public the renovation project which once again placed ACC on top of the heap.
When the Northwing opened with such a bang, many believed that Cebuanos would be seeing a deadend. However, the people behind ACC did their homework well and they created this nice-looking dining destination which easily gave Cebu another reason to stand proud.
Definitely ACC outdid SM this time. I wonder what SM’s going to do next?

‘Outdoor’ escalators facing the Cebu Marriott hotel.

3rd floor escalators.

The second and third floor decks give you a commanding view of the entire complex.

Really nice landscapes.

The escalators

Wow! Just look at that!

That acacia tree was already there before the renovation.

Cascading fountain. Really nice.

View from the ground floor.

More restaurants opening soon.

The Terraces and the Ayala Life FGU Center.

It’s really nice to dine with a view as awesome as this.

To the Marriott hotel.

These spaces will be occupied soon.

Nice lights. It’s beginning to get dark.

The Terraces at night.

Been to the Terraces?

Gorgeous! Now there’s more area to walk around.

Thanks for the pics of the Terraces. Akong gituyo nga mohapit gyud og usa ka adlaw sa Cebu on my way home from a convention to visit Ayala Center. Drank beer with pulutan at Giligan’s with friends who showed up instantly when I called them. The view from up there was exhilarating and refreshing. We enjoyed reminiscing our past when we studied at the school nearby and how the school is now in the midst of city life. Well, can’t help but be awed by the leaps and bounds that Cebu has progressed. Thanks again. I will now make it a point to include it in my future itineraries.

I really love the Ayala expansion, it looks similar to greenbelt. Plenty of new restaurants to explore, I’m planning to try all of them one at a time. Great pics of the place, can’t get enough of it.hehehe
