Speaking of Baranggay Tanods (that guy in the Caption This! #1 entry is a Tanod, hehehe), here’s a fairly weird albeit better news.


Barangay tanods of Bulacao, Talisay City patrol their turf. They will soon be teaching the Federal Bureau of Investigation how to implement the Closed Community System Program, which is seen as a way to battle the rampant human trafficking. by FERDINAND EDRALIN

Believe it or not, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of the United States of America is looking to learn from the tanods of barangay Bulacao, Talisay City.

The FBI is sending some people to observe how the barangay police implement the Closed Community System Program (CCSP), which is seen as a way to battle the rampant trafficking of organs.

Would you take a look at that? The United of States of America’s Federal Bureau of Investigation wants to learn from Cebu’s Baranggay Tanods! Isn’t that weird? The FBI!?!?! Hehehe.
