After the much talked-about Ms. Cebu pageant last January, another pageant will be held before the year ends right here in Cebu. This time, smart and lovely ladies will take a seat to give way to Cebu’s smart and good-looking young men. 16 men from all over Cebu will battle for a single prestigious title - Mr. Cebu 2008.
