A muslim friend from Davao who came to Cebu just recently, asked me where he can find mosques here. I only knew of one so I told him where it was.
It’s the one located in Mambaling near the road which leads straight to Labangon.
The mosque is easy to notice as the building is standing right next to South National Road.
The Moon and the Star are easy to notice when driving from Labangon area.

My very close friend is sending 2 of his sons for education purposes to Cebu. I am very impressed with the beautiful photos os the Cebu mosque. I would likwe to know whether getting halal food is easy and is there a large muslim population in Cebu.

It is good to know that a Muslim can find a mosque in Cebu. It is only fittng given the rich history of Islam in Philippines. I am planning to visit Cebu next year and your blog has helped me a lot. I am the International Students’ Coordinator of Cebu Doctors’ Univ. I am really glad to know that there is actually a Mosque here in Cebu. I have lots of Iranian students in Cebu Doctors’ Univ. and i just wan’t to show them the place for there spiritual growth as well. I leave in Labangon, Punta Princesa, I know it would be a nearby place.. May I know any landmarks so i could pay a visit in there?

Assalamu alaykum, i am a rebirth to ISLAM here in cebu, originally from davao.
i would like to inform Brothers and sisters in Islam that we have also the Cebu Green Mosque located in sikatuna street.
I would also to invite all Brothers and Sisters in Islam that Cebu Dawah Islamic Center is a place where we all meet during Saturday’s. Elders and Youth’s gather here. it is located in Chua Bldg. second floor fronting the cebu coliseum.
